Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This role is part of a supportive team that values learning, encourages idea sharing, and actively engages in team building and community service activities.
What You Will Do
Perform routine work orders, diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and weekly/monthly inspections. Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly and apartments are market-ready. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and respond to resident work orders with a customer-first attitude.

You must have a valid driving license, a High School diploma or equivalent, and be willing to work a flexible work week, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours. You should have a steady hand, good eyesight, and dexterity when using hand tools, and machinery. Advanced knowledge in HVAC is preferred.
