What You Will Do
Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities, complete service requests, respond to after-hours emergency calls, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintenance experience (Multifamily Housing preferred)
- HVAC knowledge required; EPA Certification a plus
- Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs
- Pool maintenance experience & CPO Certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation & basic tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team
- Comfortable with outdoor property walks and physical tasks
