Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring preventative maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, and repairing such equipment as required. The role involves a variety of tasks including checking boiler and hot water heaters for leaks, scheduling extermination procedures, and maintaining social areas or amenities.

The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring preventative maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, checking boiler and hot water heaters for leaks, scheduling extermination procedures, maintaining social areas or amenities, and troubleshooting tripped breakers, leaking pipes, and water intrusion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role

• Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities
