Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our hotel, guest rooms, and facilities to the highest standards while helping create a welcoming and memorable stay for every guest.
What You Will Do
Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs to facilities, public areas, and streets as needed. Perform preventative maintenance checks in guest rooms, complete guest room calls, and ensure the hotel is presentable and inviting at all times.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
- General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, and grounds maintenance
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- Ability to provide legible written reports
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and internet
