Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our 99-bed skilled nursing facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents and staff.
What You Will Do
Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds, perform general repairs and maintenance, complete routine preventative maintenance, and respond promptly to maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of building maintenance and repair
- Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or similar hands-on experience
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete assigned repairs
- Dependable with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and respectful when interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors
- Ability to follow safety procedures and written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
