Role Overview

Join the ConcordRENTS Team as a Maintenance Technician. This role contributes to the success of the community by maintaining amenities and apartment home interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry, as well as knowledge to identify and address landscaping deficiencies.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, responding to service requests, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and completing apartment unit turns. You will also perform preventive maintenance, maintain community grounds and buildings, and support upkeep of property amenities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
  • EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Prefer over one year of experience
