Role OverviewCapital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Sales Center and Welcome Center in Hollywood, FL. This role involves implementing the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
What You Will Do
Implement preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances. Maintain daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up. Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, notify the manager of any issues, and assist guests when needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
- Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
- Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
- Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools
