Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, general electric, troubleshooting and repair of all plant manufacturing machinery and facilities in a timely manner while taking direction from the Department Manager, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead and/or Production Manager.
What You Will Do
Perform essential functions of the job, including ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, removing defective parts, determining changes in dimensional requirements of parts, controlling downtime, fabricating repair parts, communicating with operators, and responding to emergency maintenance requests.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of manufacturing experience, mechanical and industrial skills with electrical, PLC, HVAC experience preferred, and the ability to read and comprehend drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and completion of skilled trade certificate program, Electrical and/or Mechanic certificate or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- 4 plus years of manufacturing experience; mechanical and industrial skills with electrical, PLC, HVAC experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend drawings, blueprints and schematics
- Basic skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, piping, welding, and building maintenance required
