Role OverviewJesuit High School is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will have strong handyman skills and be comfortable handling a variety of building maintenance tasks.
What You Will Do
Perform general building and facility maintenance and repairs, complete handyman tasks, perform light plumbing repairs, perform light electrical work, troubleshoot and repair doors, locks, and other building components, conduct routine inspections, and respond to maintenance requests.

Requirements
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, handyman work, or a similar position
- Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Commercial HVAC experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license preferred/required as applicable to the position
