What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance. Perform welding on equipment, structural components, and facility infrastructure to support repairs, maintenance, and equipment modifications.

Requirements
- Proven work history in maintenance or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency using hand and power tools as well as common fabrication equipment such as grinders, cutting torches, band saws, drill presses, and measuring tools;
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, operation standards, work instructions, basic blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain welding quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing maintenance needs and tasks as required.
- Experience with electrical systems, HVAC, and blueprint reading is a plus.
