What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from residents and staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance experience required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and push/pull up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to bend, climb, and occasionally assist residents.
- Adequate hearing and vision.
