Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Perform routine work orders, repairs, and maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, diagnose faults, and complete preventative maintenance and weekly/monthly inspections.

Requirements
- Valid driving license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work a flexible work week, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours
- General knowledge of all things pertaining to property maintenance
- Skill in the safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools
- Advanced knowledge in HVAC
- Certified Pool Operator, Universal Freon License, including R410A preferable
