Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general upkeep throughout the property.
What You Will Do
Respond to maintenance requests, perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect residential units and common areas, and perform basic repairs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience in a condominium, apartment community, hotel, residential building, or similar property environment
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, drywall, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize work orders based on urgency and operational needs
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on operational responsibilities
- Relevant maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or other technical certifications are preferred but not required unless necessary for assigned work
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
