Role OverviewMarquette Management is looking for a maintenance technician to provide a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents. The maintenance position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing this goal.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and general computer knowledge. Availability for on-call purposes and flexibility to work weekends when necessary is also a plus.
