Role OverviewThe maintenance position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.
What You Will Do
Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas, prepare vacant apartments, remove snow and trash, perform emergency repairs, clean, landscape, order maintenance equipment and supplies, and perform other job-related duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and general computer knowledge. HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus, as is availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
