Role OverviewFairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued residents and maintaining our properties to the highest standards.
What You Will Do
Performs all general maintenance duties for the upkeep of the property, responds to resident work orders, performs carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work, and assists in maintaining the property grounds.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience on a residential property preferred
- HVAC Certification
- Ability to work on-call and respond promptly and appropriately to all calls.
- Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
