Perform daily property inspections, report service issues, perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance, and maintain common areas.

Requirements
- 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Great customer services skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
