What You Will Do
You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning. You will also care for the grounds, respond to work orders, and prioritize quality and compliance.

Requirements
- 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
