Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community comfortable, safe, and well cared for. You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning. You'll also care for the grounds, maintain curb appeal through landscaping, snow/ice removal, and seasonal upkeep.
What You Will Do
You'll complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on-call coverage. You'll prioritize quality and compliance by following all safety, property, and inspection standards with precision.

Requirements
- 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills
