Role OverviewBirgo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at five apartment communities in Greensburg and New Kensington. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will be willing to travel between locations and have a valid driver's license.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for turnovers/make-readies, repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency on-call service. They will also be required to work in confined spaces, ascend and descend ladders and staircases, and safely utilize power tools.

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Available for on-call rotation
