Role OverviewCirrus Asset Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional property management services. The role involves completing work orders, maintaining buildings, and ensuring health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, a high school diploma, and relevant certifications.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will complete work orders within designated time frames, survey buildings, repair mechanical systems, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and heating components. They will also prepare and paint building surfaces, maintain locks and doors, and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and manual dexterity. They will also have in-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, applicable knowledge of tools and common appliances, and a high school diploma.
