What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally, with a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.

Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
- HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
