Role OverviewNorthland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders, including HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors. The maintenance team must handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call as needed.
What You Will Do
Complete maintenance service requests and work orders, including apartments turnovers for scheduled move-ins. Work safely and efficiently, and handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
- Ability to work nights, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of the on-call responsibility.
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and climb, bend, and squat.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
