What You Will Do
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility buildings, grounds, and equipment, including basic storage unit maintenance, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and plumbing.

Requirements
- Prior experience performing manual and semi-skilled work in a variety of mechanical and building trade associated tasks
- Knowledge of standard tools and practices of the various trades of general maintenance
- Must be flexible; position requires the ability to work with multiple facilities/Store Managers
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the mechanical and building trades (OSHA)
- Ability to understand, follow and follow up on oral and written instructions
- Understanding of the importance of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements
- Demonstrates strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish challenging work goals
- Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization
- Valid driver’s license and DMV record free of major infractions
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work weekends
