Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or the Community Manager.
What You Will Do
Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment, inspect and repair apartment units, buildings, and common areas, and troubleshoot systems.
