Role OverviewSouth Oxford Management is a leading property management company seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards.
What You Will Do
Perform routine work orders, repairs, and maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances. Diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and weekly/monthly inspections.
