Job Description
Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Rocky Hill, CT facility. The role involves providing specialized support to the Maintenance Department, assisting with new hire training, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring facility operations meet quality control standards. This is a full-time position with approximately 7am-3:30pm hours, first shift.
Requirements
Help Maintenance Specialists understand departmental processes.
Aid Assistant Maintenance and Maintenance Manager with new hire training.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
Ensure proper performance and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
