Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and maintain building systems within our nursing and senior living facility. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, understands the importance of life-safety in a healthcare environment, and works efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism around residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven maintenance experience in senior living, nursing homes, hospitals, or similar healthcare environments
  • 2-3 year's experience of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues independently
  • Relevant technical certifications or trade training preferred
