Job Description

We are hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Sandstone Creek Apartments in Overland Park, KS. The ideal candidate is experienced with HVAC, plumbing & electrical, and provides excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred
  • HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
  • Proficient in the following areas: plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair
  • Proficient in use of computers and online applications
  • Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required
