Job Description
Highwoods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide best-in-class service to our customers in the Raleigh Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational and physical health of our portfolio, enhancing the customer experience through community building, and representing Highwoods in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Fundamental knowledge of life safety systems
  • Certification in one of the following: Refrigerant Transition and Recovery, Maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial environment
  • At least 2 years of education in one of the following fields: Electrical, Construction, Roofing, Building Life Safety Systems, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical
