Job Description
Shoot Smart is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support multiple indoor shooting range locations. This role is responsible for maintaining facility operations, completing repairs, and assisting with preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and reliable environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems across multiple systems
  • Familiarity with work order systems (UpKeep or similar) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication and professional conduct
  • Valid driver’s license required
