Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician- Residential, you will assist with the oversight of physical assets, ensure customer satisfaction, and make repairs and preventive maintenance. You will also assist with apartment make-readies and construction or rehabilitation projects. The role requires strong commitment to service needs and represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Uses industry-specific technology to ensure all repairs and replacements are completed timely
  • Completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep within company standards
  • Assists with the identification and correction of hazardous community conditions and liabilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance and security of all property-issued tools
  • Shares on-call responsibilities, including inclement weather conditions, with the maintenance team
