Role OverviewPerforms corrective and scheduled maintenance in various craft disciplines, responding to internal and external customers, and representing OCPS in a positive light. Work involves diverse maintenance skills and knowledge depending on the specific assignment. Performs related work as directed.
What You Will Do
Performs scheduled, corrective, and/or predictive maintenance on equipment and building components, patches concrete, repairs drywall, installs suspended ceiling members, and inspects playground equipment, among other tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational/technical training in building maintenance
- Three (3) years of experience and/or training in associated trade disciplines
- Valid Florida (CDL) commercial driver's license preferred
