Role OverviewUnder general supervision, performs corrective and scheduled maintenance in various craft disciplines. Work involves diverse maintenance skills and knowledge depending on the specific assignment. Essential tasks are performed according to the functional area of assignment at locations within the respective regional learning communities or other district locations.
What You Will Do
Performs scheduled, corrective, and/or predictive maintenance on equipment and building components. Tasks include patching concrete, repairing drywall, installing suspended ceiling members, and inspecting playground equipment.

Requires ability to review, classify, categorize, prioritize, and/or analyze data and/or information. Includes exercising discretion in determining data classification, and in referencing such analysis to established standards for the purpose of recognizing actual or probable interactive effects and relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational/technical training in building maintenance
- Three (3) years of experience and/or training in associated trade disciplines
- Valid Florida (CDL) commercial driver’s license preferred
