Conduct authorized training on safety topics, deliver new-hire and monthly safety training, and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements
- Strong mechanical background with experience in welding, power transmission, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience as a shop or mechanical instructor is ideal
