Job Description
The Maintenance Trainer is responsible for instructing new mechanics on how to perform tasks correctly to avoid accidents, and ensuring all maintenance employees are in compliance with and understand safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 4-6 years background in mechanical/safety disciplines
  • Welding
  • Hydraulics
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability
  • Strong safety knowledge and background
  • Communication skills
  • First Aid/CPR training
