Job Description
The Maintenance Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering maintenance training programs to maintenance staff while also managing and supporting special projects that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance operations with strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring/coaching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to demonstrate competency with industry-specific software, and technical documentation
