Maintenance Training Manager

The Maintenance Training Manager is responsible for leading, delivering, and supporting all instructor-led training for Maintenance and Ground Operations personnel. This role ensures that maintenance technicians, inspectors, and related support staff receive accurate, compliant, and standardized training aligned to regulatory expectations, Safety Management System (SMS) principles, and the organization's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.

What You Will Do

Deliver instructor-led training for maintenance, supply chain and ground operations personnel, including onboarding, recurrent, and targeted technical instruction. Teach operational procedures aligned with department training plans and job-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in related field
• 6-8 years of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations, ground operations, technical training, or a closely related field
• Experience creating technical and hands-on training content is preferred
• Experience facilitating instructor-led technical training in maintenance or operational environments preferred
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance programs, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate technical training and communicate complex maintenance concepts clearly
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence across functional areas
• Experience working with SMEs in highly technical environments
• Familiarity with SMS principles and maintenance program processes
• Ability to manage multiple training priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
