Role OverviewJoin our team as a Maintenance Unit Turn Technician to ensure our units are quickly and efficiently prepared for new tenants. Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning. Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules.
What You Will Do
Perform unit turnovers, inspect units for necessary maintenance, replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or unit turns is preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various conditions. Strong time-management and organizational skills.
