Requirements

  • Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
  • Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly.
  • Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment.
  • Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in basic repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various conditions.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
