Role OverviewMaintenance Worker 1 is part of the Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division and performs a wide variety of semi-skilled or manual work repairing, maintaining, and improving habitat areas and vegetation as well as grounds and facilities at state parks, fishing access sites, wildlife management areas, and administrative facilities.
What You Will Do
Operate equipment, perform basic repairs to building structures, scrape, paint, stain or treat building and structural surfaces, install, repair and maintain fencing, signs, posts, kiosks, etc., perform landscaping activities, assist with comprehensive weed control and maintenance, gather and remove garbage, debris, litter, and perform janitorial and cleaning tasks.

Requirements
