Role OverviewRegularly performs the full range and scope of maintenance and housekeeping services, including upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, equipment, and guest rooms. Assignments include simple painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and maintenance using various equipment.
What You Will Do
Performs work in at least two of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC. Maintains work order log and follows up as required. Reports status to supervisor.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor, including standing, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and climbing. Must be able to lift and carry material weighing up to 45 pounds.
Requirements
- Two years of experience with demonstrated skill in two areas: Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Painting.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations concerning procedures, tools, mechanical and electrified equipment, commonly used chemicals, and basic safe work practices.
- Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor, including standing, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
