Job Description
Maintenance worker responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and related fixtures. Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience with demonstrated skill in two areas: Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting
  • Knowledge in the applicable combination of trades sufficient to perform the duties of the position
  • Ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor, including standing, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and climbing
