Job Description
Regularly performs maintenance and housekeeping services including upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, equipment, and guest rooms. Initiates repairs and follows up as required.

Requirements

  • Regularly performs work in at least two of the following trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting.
  • Maintains work order log and follows up as required.
  • Reports status to supervisor.
  • Logs trouble calls with contractor as appropriate.
