Role OverviewPerform preventive and corrective maintenance in a rendering facility under management supervision. Assist in equipment installation, fabrication, and construction projects. Follow a preventative maintenance schedule and diagnose equipment issues.
What You Will Do
Assist in equipment installation, perform machine repair and installation, conduct daily greasing and oiling of plant equipment, and diagnose and replace equipment parts. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and attend safety meetings.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with rendering or similar equipment, experience in welding and piping, and a basic knowledge of general maintenance and equipment operations. Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding, as well as vertical and overhead welding, is preferred.
