Role OverviewPerforms the full range and scope of maintenance and housekeeping services, including upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, equipment, and Navy Lodge guests' rooms. Assignments include simple painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and maintenance using various equipment. Takes initiative to ensure all aspects of the facility are working correctly.
What You Will Do
Performs preventive maintenance work on equipment, paints interior and exterior of the Exchange and Navy Lodge areas, makes electrical repairs, and performs plumbing repairs. May patch potholes, operate a motor vehicle, and perform outdoor tasks such as snow removal. Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of Navy Lodge facilities and work area.
