Job Description
Assist Parks Division workers to help ensure safe, clean, well-maintained facilities, hardscapes and sports fields at assigned locations. Work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings. Perform maintenance duties such as field lining, cleaning of restrooms and public areas, repair of equipment and tools, and repair of facilities. Assist with completion of winter work schedule activities and contribute to the completion of other assigned work.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED required
  • Experience in service, maintenance, parks maintenance or related field preferred
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age at time of hire
  • 1 year experience in parks maintenance or closely related field with an emphasis on duties most closely related to the essential job functions (Level I)
  • 2 years experience in parks maintenance or closely related field with an emphasis on duties most closely related to the essential job functions (Level II)
