Job Description
Performs full range of maintenance and housekeeping services, including upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, equipment, and guest rooms. Maintains work order log and reports status to supervisor. Assists with repairs in various trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
