Role OverviewServes as working supervisor of Maintenance Department, performing maintenance duties to ensure NEXCOM Hospitality Group standards are met. Requires shift work, upkeep of all equipment, maintenance office operations, guest services, housekeeping support, etc. Communicates with all NHG personnel and chain of command concerning operations, guest issues, or situations that require immediate attention.
What You Will Do
Supervises maintenance personnel, trains associates, schedules and assigns work, checks quality of work performed, monitors productivity, and motivates staff to improve performance and encourage further development. Develops performance standards and evaluates associates' work performance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires 4 years' experience consisting of general maintenance practices, substitution of education for experience, and specialized experience in various trade practices.

- 4 years' experience in general maintenance practices
- 1 year of high school education may be substituted for 3 months of general experience
- 3 years of general maintenance work in involving variety of trade practices
