Job Description
The Department of Mental Health is seeking a Maintenance Working Foreman to assist the Property Manager in maintaining the overall operations of DMH properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing or participating in maintenance and repairs to the properties.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of equipment and materials used in building maintenance and repairs
  • Familiarity with hand-held power tools and small hand tools
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • 2-3 years of experience in Property Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
